Before high pressure casting, alloys are melted in our melting furnaces and processed by taking them into resting crucibles.
In this process before casting, degassing is performed with a rotary degassing and slag removal device, and precise measurements are made with density index control test units.
The investment regarding our melting unit independent of the foundry has been planned and it will be commissioned in 2021 and we will have the capacity to process 2 or 3 different alloys at the same time with high-capacity melting furnaces.

Our quality is secured with the first, intermediate and final controls made visually, dimensionally and functionally at the frequency specified in the control plans. Devices that are used for measurement purposes at points that affect product reliability are calibrated by organizations with international traceability.
